Went on perfectly (I did purchase a kit for application which included film application solution and squeegee) - I just followed the instructions to cut the film a little wider than the window and in just a few painless minutes I had privacy film. As pretty as this pattern is, I received many compliments. It does not look cheap or "applied" at all, it just looks like it belongs. I still have a bunch left and plan to use it in my new home.

When I received the item one of the ends was "curly". I thought that once installed it would disappear but I was wrong. As much as I have tried it does not stick and has created some nasty looking bubbles. I ordered only one because I wanted to try it out and it looks great on the window, it is not see though and provides the privacy I was looking for. I got this for some bathroom windows. I wanted privacy, but also wanted some natural light, and keeping the draps closed all the time was not providing any light. I wish it came on a larger roll, but the one roll was enough to do one and a half of my windows. Installation was easy enough, but it did like to bubble so I had to get rid of bubbles the following day.

This is most amazing. I put it on my french doors that have full length windows. The installation could not have been easier. It took longer to perfectly clean the window than to apply the film. The film is very sturdy feeling. The directions are spot on. I was worried about applying it but it was EASY. Just installed tonight & it looks so great! My neighbors also like the view from the outside.said it looks like a pretty iron gate. I had my neighbor try to look through the window at me & she could not see me. So provides great privacy. I used Gila Films spray to wet the window (had some from a previous project). Exactly what I was looking for. I have two almost floor to ceiling windows that look into a courtyard of my apartment complex and looks across into other apartments. After giving this product one star and reviewing it poorly, saying the product doesn’t stick, was my mistake. There is a film on the backside that needed to be removed and once I did that, the product is perfect! The only thing I can say is that the directions should have been more clear. I love the pattern and it is definitely private!

Bought this to install on my clear shower doors. Took the doors off for easier install. Glad I did. If you follow the instructions it's pretty easy to install. Took about 2 hours total time for both doors. Don't rush. You'll love the finished product. You can only see a shadow in the shower now, instead of the whole person. I would we commend to anyone who has clear shower doors or even wants to install on a window for privacy.

Absolutely LOVE the way this looks. It came within two days of ordering, was exactly as described, and I followed the instructions very carefully. Having already installed one from Home Depot which I didn't like, I learned from my mistakes: be very careful smoothing it down and cut it to the exact dimensions of your window. I purchased this to go on the glass of a cabinet I have, in order to better conceal the medical supplies that are kept in it. It looks really nice, and installation was not too difficult. We like it so much, we are planning on buying another roll for our shower door. Make sure you have a little spray bottle to wet the glass before you place it. Definitely recommend

Initially was going to replace the door with interior blinds because the existing blinds were chewed up by the previous owners dogs. For a lot less $$ and a little paint and time, the film gave my door a whole new look.

Okay, I had my doubts about these but they were fairly easy to install. Make sure you carefully cut them properly: use a straight edge or a carpenter corner tool ruler, and a water spray bottle. A small-medium squeegee (8 inch) would make it easier.Its been months and adhesion is good. Can be easily removed if necessary.Lets light in and provides nice privacy especially if neighbors house is near.
