💨 Nitrate Gas Spring - Whitecap G3140C Review

I would like to put a zero if possible, not because of a bad product but because I don't get the size I ordered. Twice I ordered the oversized 7-1/2" and twice received the 15". Disappointing, maybe I should order 15" and see what comes out.

If I put two of these devices in a truck crate, I could use them as a siege weapon! Such a frame is enough for my truck. Significantly cheaper than buying in a hardware store or hardware store. I had to drill a new hole for the bottom of the stem as they are about 2" longer than the original units. Installation was easy.

I have plenty of time to look for the exact gas spring replacement for my SentrySafe and this one is perfect. Two small flaws; 1) it costs about twice as much as others and 2) it has more power (MUCH more power) than it needs. I always have to remember that everything must be removed from the lid before opening, otherwise this object will end up in orbit with no re-entry plan.
