Very nice white line lower ball joint and outer tie rod kit for my 2002 Subaru Impreza Wrx car Easy installation for a skilled mechanic

Whiteline is a great product and deserves 5 stars but got 2 because the shipper decided it wasn't important to put the product in a different box , to protect and prevent the loss of components, since it was already paid for.

My recent experiences with Whiteline products have been anecdotal. I bought this with their Caster/Camber (KCA409) tops. This kit (KCA313) installed fairly quickly after removing the old components which was easy but time consuming. Let's see if the coating on the outer tie rods and ball joint lasts a winter.

Quality product! As a rule, it is higher than the standard ball joint. Don't forget to reuse the stem ball seat (removable part; after removing the stem ball, knock the seat off the stem ball and put the seat on the new Whiteline ball. If you forget to do this, you will damage the Whiteline ball joint rubber)

Perfect for my 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX sedan. The only problem I really had was fitting the ball joint into the axle box mount; was a kind of color and required some finesse to apply. To do this, I stuck the steering knuckle between the bodies and pushed it up with a jack until it clicked into place. But overall a great product.

Replaced an older, worn out version of the same kit. The old version was on the car for. Driven about 60,000 miles and one of the tie rods failed because the tuning shop thought it would be a good idea to heat that tie rod's crap when leveling. Installed on the obsolete 2011 Premium class. Super easy install, I recommend sanding the paint around the top of the ball joint that fits into the steering knuckle with a wire brush, taking the steering knuckle out and putting lube there, cleaning the pull studs and rethread and use a non-stick coating. and on the inner tie rod end.
