The ability to create tasks, assign them to individuals or groups within my organization and see who is working with me. I like that it allows you can be logged in remotely as well even though we are not physically at our desks! Sometimes having an issue where there isn't any input fields available when creating new task/s etc., but this doesn't happen often enough so would have been difficult to rate if they did occur more frequently than once every couple of months during setup & training…
