This product is terrible. It is impossible to assemble from inferior parts. The pre-drilled holes are not the correct size for the anchors as indicated. The dowels pierce the other side of the board and create a hole where it shouldn't be, eventually ruining the product. Chipboard is very loose, so it is very easy to chip and crumble during assembly.

Our son needed some extra space in his room to keep some books and collectibles. This item fits perfectly at the foot of his bed and we are all happy with it. 4 stars instead of 5 stars only because we have several similar cabinets from Better Homes and Gardens that are much stronger and have a slightly better look. Of course they cost a little more. All in all a good item at a good price.

I can usually assemble these little pieces myself, but I've found it to be on par with this one. One of the boards didn't have holes where they should have been, so we added them with a drill. I would also recommend using wood glue to hold all the dowels in place while you build it and having a second person help hold it together. However, once it was complete it became quite stable and the standard size storage cubes fitted perfectly. Perfect toy organizer for our playroom.

I really like this unit. I love the color of the espresso and it was easy to put together. Took me about 45 minutes without help. I wasn't planning on installing backboards but found I needed them for added stability. I am very happy with the product but you get what you pay for which is why it is not made from solid wood planks. I wouldn't expect to put anything too heavy on it. Probably no more than 15-20 kg. I have a flat screen and some candles. I would buy this again.

I don't know why I have to give 1 star - this item doesn't deserve a star. It's cheap, flimsy junk! money wasted. I had very low expectations for this organizer (based on the price) but even those low expectations turned out to be too high. A simple assembly of this shelf broke part of it. I was ready to give it back to Revane but my husband said if you take it apart everything breaks so I keep it to myself but damn I wasted my money. I could go on and on about how much this organizer sucks…

Followed instructions the first time I tried lifting it according to instructions it only had dowels holding it together as they said lift got it up and put it on the bottom panel, completely collapsed, the dowels broke, had a few more so I started building again completely on the floor before picking up the nails that I needed to attach the back panels to, the Disguise broken in the cubes, looks horrible, horrible quality, wish I could go back but taking part would completely destroy it, I am…

Good value at $59.99. Looks great especially with tissue storage cubes filling cubes with no backing. When assembling, keep the following in mind: - Unless you have supernaturally strong fingers, you will need a hammer to drive the dowels into the holes. You will definitely need a hammer to nail the back panels. Otherwise, the only tool you will need is the Allen key that comes with it.
