🎨 Wintersweet Whiidoom: Premium 8-Well Porcelain Palette for Painting and Mixing Review

Unfortunately, this palette contains a lot of Klin crumbs in the glaze. So it is not pure white for watercolor work. The glaze has many indentations, making it more difficult to clean, and the watercolor stains the underlying porcelain. There really is a ruff at the back where the wedge wash still sticks to the bottom so it gets sharp to go further. Scratch my table too. I almost sent it back. I am extremely disappointed. This is something if I saw it in a store I would never buy it there.

I gave this palette two stars because I can use it, but I only spent 15 minutes sanding and cleaning the underside, which had so much sharp ceramic "junk" that I would damage anything I put them on. There are a few black spots on the top, one of which is quite large, making it rather unattractive. I am really disappointed in this item which appears to have been made in a facility with little quality control. Recommendation: buy another product.

As a professional artist I have had palettes like this in the past. Here are my reasons for giving this one two stars: 1. It is deformed so badly that it doesn't lay flat on the table (think of a really bad wobbly restaurant table). To even it out, I put layers of sticky, non-slip furniture pads on the underside. It will work, but it's ridiculous.3. The wells are riddled with ugly, dark spots and bits that are baked and glazed. Very distracting!4. The back was littered with strange baked…
