The perfect product for any user!

Sharing my genuine usage feedback.Different pros: It was possible to connect in AC mode, the speed is high. Has some cons: Antennas are a bit large, but these are personal quibbles

An ideal product for any type of consumer.

I read the commentators, turned off the auto channel, set it to 36, turned off the auto-width of the channel, set it to 20 hertz, put firewood in 2022. Everything worked, it breaks through two walls, a balcony, an entrance hall, a kitchen - the signal is excellent.

Some minuses and no pluses, do not buy.

Shamanism with channel widths and ranges did not help. Loading native drivers too. Linux was used, so I assembled a custom driver from g. On and sticks, which allowed the card to work. After replacing the hardware in the PC, I also ated the OS. Essno card did not start again. The driver was already too lazy to cut - he sent it to the trash. Replaced with TP-LINK Archer T5E - it started up immediately and without problems.

Pros
  • Two cool antennas. Sometimes it keeps a 5GHz connection for more than 10 minutes.
Cons
  • Disgustingly works in the range of 5 GHz. Constant disconnections, long delays. At 2.4 everything is more or less stable. It's definitely not worth taking.

Nice price, good quality.

Download the drivers from the official site do not try to install from the disk. Then you need to unscrew the 2 GHz antenna if it is not needed, it is closer to the LEDs (it will work stably), respectively, if you need a 2 gnetwork, then unscrew the 5 g antenna.

Pros
  • Earned
Cons
  • Setting up this device kills. Killed 2 days, but won.

Terrible product, not worth your money absolutely!

I can’t even imagine how they tested this board, there is a feeling that they took one copy, tested it, it turned out to be working and put into production. Either the board manufacturer came to ASUS and says, I have illiquid boards, I need to sell them, your reputation is already tarnished, you won’t lose anything. Ok, said ASUS and now the "happy" owners are sitting and indignant. As a result, the board completely stopped catching a connection, sold it.

Pros
  • What advantages can there be in something that does not perform the main function ?
Cons
  • Horror, not pay. Connection breaks, ping 50+ (if you're lucky). Reinstalling drivers, dancing with tambourines - nothing helps. So I couldn't set it up. Communication appears for a few seconds, then lost for a few minutes. Put the last firewood - did not help. If you want to live offline - take ASUS PCI-AC51, you will not regret it, you will forget about the Internet forever!

An ideal product for any type of consumer.

I write a comment specifically for all of the above written. Religion does not allow you to switch from auto mode to channel 36 or 40 in 5GHz mode in the router settings? And may you be happy, it breaks through everything, including reinforced concrete walls. The same problems in auto mode and on boards costing 5000 and above and with 3 and 4 antennas. Change the channels on the router and everything will work clearly. Yes, the unit itself, old, firewood 2022, but they are stable, you don’t…

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • if there are no brains in the head, then there will be flaws

Well, the root of the problem is not the asus, but the RTL8812AE chip, for which they never gave birth to a normal driver for win10. But the bottom line is that if you inserted this card into your computer and it just established a connection with your router, then congratulations, you are very lucky. In most cases, the rating of the card confirms this, it either constantly breaks the connection, or, as in my case, does not establish a connection at all and you can’t influence this in any way…

Pros
  • The design of the antennas is funny.
Cons
  • Does not work.

A completely ordinary product, nothing remarkable.

I have been using it for three days, up to this point I have been trying to configure this adapter for three days (either it does not see the router, then it does not connect to the router, then there is no Internet, etc.). Configured with the help of above/below written comments. My actions: unscrewed the antenna at 5 kHz, removed the driver for this adapter (installed the latest version from the ASUS website), rebooted the computer and the miracle adapter connected with the router with…

Pros
  • No
Cons
  • Just a from ASUS on a Realtek chip
