Not as expected. . - Screwdriver Bit Sets

I unscrewed two bits with minimal effort. I was led to believe that this was all it took to disassemble knives. I am very disappointed in the quality.

Compact design fits perfectly with set

I bought this set to maintain my collection of folding knives and I use one or more attachments almost every day. I can't risk using a cheap torx bit and ripping a screw head off a knife that costs hundreds of dollars. That's why I chose Wiha, which is pretty much the recommended standard among knife lovers. I like the compact drawer for storage. It securely holds bits and the included travel set carrying extension, which is great for snapping a knife in the field.

Perfect. to Power & Hand Tools

I had a need to purchase this set to take my service knives apart and wanted to make sure I had a T5 to T8 tip. Wide range of sizes and they appear to be very well made. Great little box selector that opens very gently and it's nice to have a little magnetic tip handle. You can also use the entire box as a handle for more rigorous work. I will definitely look into Wiha if I need more of these tools. Great stuff! UPDATE: Not only did this help me with servicing my knives, I was able to use these

Pros
  • Very fast delivery
Cons
  • No power

Poor quality steel, most likely not hardened.

I bought this set in September 2016 primarily to help with disassembling pocket knives and other small tools. The bit I used the most was a T6 bit, which broke on the first use trying to remove the clip from one of my knives. Since then, the beat has become so distorted and frayed that it has become completely unusable. I realize this is being written two years after purchase but that's mainly because it doesn't get used that much but when I need it I expect to be able to use it which I can no…
