A screw is not inserted correctly and the screw is not included in the insert. I emailed Wildkin to request a replacement. The replacement was sent promptly. The replacement worked, the chair is strong. The dark blue suits my bedroom and I highly recommend this product.

This is a great little stool, I use it next to my bed which is very high as we have a gel mattress and a very thick mattress topper. I felt like a kid trying to get into bed! I can think of many other uses for it, don't worry about it wobbling and tipping over, it has a little lip on either side so you know where you're stepping. Highly recommended.

Attention! It took me about 10 minutes to unpack and assemble. What a waste! The wooden dowels were too small and had to be glued in. We finished the assembly, turned it over and the legs were not the same length. The rocks are like a bad table in a restaurant. Not very good for a ladder. If I hadn't used glue it would have come right back!

When I opened the box I found the hardware was missing. I called the number on the build sheet and the record suggested I use email and they will reply the next day. The answer came in less than two hours. A replacement unit was mailed to me and I received it within six days. I think it's pretty good considering it's during Christmas delivery. The stool is assembled and works well.

We have recently upgraded our motorhome bed. Because of this, he raised the bed a few inches. Need something we can use next to the bed. I saw this article on another website. Checked on Revain, the price was even better. Bought two of these stools. They are very durable and safe. The legs have non-slip pads on the underside which work great on tile floors. I give this stool 2 stars because it looks nice (from afar) and was easy to assemble. Unfortunately, it has to be disassembled and returned. Wanted to find some wood to stand on to match the wooden lectern for children reading at Children's Mass. I read the reviews and thought this stool would work as a step stool for a high mattress. Some people seem to think so, but I don't.
