They don't look cheap and they don't feel cheap. They look and feel like an expensive set. I like them a lot and they are very shiny.

It's great. They shine very well and hold up very well even after numerous rinses in the dishwasher. You have a good weight in your hand.

Attractive, simple, great value. The only thing that confuses me is that on a cleanly designed cutlery set, they oddly printed "stainless steel" on the visible butter knife blade. Although I almost never use a butter knife, I can ignore it.
