Good solid mount. The only negative I would say is that this mount didn't come with a serrated floor washer like I've had in the past. It only came with a washer and a rubber gasket for the top.

I recently installed an off-road antenna on my FJ CB. I bought this mount for the firestick and I really like it. Securely attaches the antenna to the rear bumper away from branches and rocks. Looks good too. Fast shipping and quality product.

The factory nut is completely unusable and breaks along with the thread within a few weeks, especially with a larger antenna. Good luck finding a replacement for your 5/8-24 nut. I ended up buying a "308 Gauge Thread Protector" which is the only one with the same thread pattern.

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed! Bought to strengthen my 4 foot Firestick antenna and when I first drove my Jeep the rubber didn't hold up and I lost my Firestick antenna, my jeep club flag forever and my sleeve forever. I lost several expensive products because this product didn't work!

I always used small mounts for my pickup and big truck. I bought it not knowing it was a roof mount. All is well. I enlarged the hole on the bracket and used it anyway. The puck they send is metal. It rusts super fast. But I'm making good progress with that. which is difficult as a check for a poppy. it was a nightmare. It's a much heavier mount and I'm happy with it.
