Ideal for bath melts

Based on the review I wasn't sure if they were the right size but this is the perfect size for a bath bomb mold. I would recommend the hard item below as it becomes very brittle when filled. If this review was helpful, please mark it below, thanks

The sizes are too big for my lollipops.

Be careful with size descriptions. The dimensions were a bit unclear to me, so I've attached a photo of the ruler next to the tray cavities so you can see the size for yourself. They are too deep and too wide for me!

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Not sure

Great for crafting. Not food.

Ideal for handicrafts. I wouldn't use them for eating. It turns white with a twist test, which tells me it's not pure silicone. If you turn the silicone a little, it turns whitish, these are plastic fillers. Pure silicone keeps its color. So for crafting. But you limit.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Small problems

No food-safe silicone!

I use this candy mold once a year to make chocolates. It has never been exposed to temperatures above tempered chocolate. Contrary to the product description, it is not 100% food grade silicone as it failed the curl test and started leaching out some type of additive/chemical which appears as a white powdery substance on its surface.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • No insurance

Silicone Molds - love em

People have been asking how tall they are so I'm including some photos of common household items to give you an idea of the size. My ruler doesn't work well in the photo so this s/ba is a pretty good indicator. Eash shape is 1/2" to 3/4" deep. I love these silicone molds! I use them to make dog treats and love that they are easy to fill and empty! I can already see a good use for surprising your loved ones this Valentine's Day!

Perfect for my project

I had the idea to make heart shaped colored pencils out of old colored pencils. Since there was still a lot of time left, I decided to do something for the children who will be coming to our wedding this fall. (Insane. I know). Starting with a small pile of old crayons, I melted them in the oven along with this item, let them cool on the table and they popped out instantly. I've made over 200 little heart pins so far, not because I need that many, but they were so easy to make. The silicone…

Buy expensive silicone.

I have a very expensive silicone square casserole dish that I love. I bought it. As soon as I opened it I wasn't sure. Feels different than the expensive one. Expensive looks almost greasy or slippery. It's not like this. Nothing sticks to my darling. In this form for muffins I have prepared egg muffins. Basically it's egg whites, spinach, salsa, baked. Few calories. They got stuck in the pan, I was able to pull them out with a knife, but they left tons of eggs that were very difficult to get…

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Some flaws

Universal silicone frying pan, very good quality!

I use this as a mold for homemade dish soap tablets. I've heard of people using ice trays for the same purpose, but I think getting them would be near impossible and quite a headache. They're a bit crumbly, so this tray is PERFECT for that. All you have to do is press to the bottom and you have the perfect square shape. I am really impressed. I have purchased Wilton products before for a variety of baking purposes and they do really high quality stuff. Given how easily these dishwasher tabs…
