I had the idea to make heart shaped colored pencils out of old colored pencils. Since there was still a lot of time left, I decided to do something for the children who will be coming to our wedding this fall. (Insane. I know). Starting with a small pile of old crayons, I melted them in the oven along with this item, let them cool on the table and they popped out instantly. I've made over 200 little heart pins so far, not because I need that many, but they were so easy to make. The silicone mold shows no signs of wear and is slightly discolored, although I haven't tried cleaning it yet. Much better than the cheap form I've tried before. I would like to buy two as I use one for crafting I would like another for baking desserts.
