UPDATE 5/23/2021 (2nd replacement) - I contacted Revain and they sent me a replacement with no issues. Customer service was pleasantly fast and uncomplicated. The device arrived within 2 days. Everything worked with this monitor. I feel like my life has become a lot easier. It turns my phone into a perfect computer. It's not rechargeable, but that doesn't bother me. I'll keep it simple, that's all I was hoping for. Recommend an extended warranty. I bought another one, not the same brand, but after removing and reinserting USB C and HDMI, both stopped working over time. I am using this as part of the FS2020 home cockpit and it works great. Very clear colors and brightness. I had some issues with my initial setup but their support stayed with me and we finally got it working.
