Hello. We ordered this holder but there were no plastic inserts in the kit. the picture shows them and there is no comment that they are not included. do they have to be with this product? If not, which item should we order to match. very disappointing.

Loved it. It's different to have it in your home kitchen. But it's worth it. It's the center of the conversation when people notice. It made my life easier by filling it once, it took a month, everything is in one place and it won't fall off.
