Very good knife - cutlery and accessories for knives

nice knife. It turned out to be quite sharp and was very useful in various situations. It is very good for cutting fish into fillets, cutting meat (boneless, of course) and so on.

Pros
  • also understandable for the old ones
Cons
  • neutral

Great knife! - Kitchen and dining room

I bought this knife for my husband. He loves to. It is well balanced and very sharp. I can't believe the quality for the price. Don't be afraid to buy. Very glad I did.

Cons

Nice well made knife

Sharp and well balanced. Robust and well made; looks like it will cost 3x what i paid for it. I am so happy with my purchase that I will also order a chef's knife and a paring knife.

Pros
  • Quick change
Cons
  • Almost never

Great professional knife!

Reliable quality at a very good price. I have several other Winco knives and so far they have all been high performance, well balanced knives that should be professionally made to last.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some bugs

Unbeatable price

Great knife! It's the right weight, well balanced and sharp off the sleeve. My handles wear out a bit from years of sharpening. Looks like I found a replacement. I'm ethnically opaque so I really don't care if they are made in China.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember

Dollar for dollar I think this is the best value for money knife

Dollar for dollar I think this is the best value for money knife. I have some very high quality Japanese knives, but I also have a lot of these Winco knives (note that Winco makes several types of knives, I only have experience with these "German steel" forged knives). These are quality knives, they hold up well and have a decent grip. The only downside is the thickness of the blade, which is a matter of preference. They're a bit wide, which is why I still use my Japanese chef's knives for aโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • There are nuances
