Easy to use (not that I'll ever need it). Works every day, the screws don't fall out (not that I know of). Made in Italy, the birthplace of Leonardo, who invented the "water screw". Someone else turned the water into wine and the rest is history.

Difficult to get the corkscrew to stay in the cork properly. Enter at an angle and break the cork. Also, it's not as durable as expected. I've been opening wine bottles for years with no problem using the standard cheap corkscrew that everyone has. I thought that Italy could produce a product better than China. Not correct.

Just bought this Italian made corkscrew to pull wine bottle corks. It worked very well and I am very happy with it. I appreciate the opportunity to buy something made in a country other than the specific Asian country that seems to make everything. I want every online product to show where it was made. Customers can more easily decide which product to buy if the country of origin is important to them.

I don't know what I was expecting but I know I'm disappointed with the very poor quality of this Italian made winged corkscrew. First the screw is bent. If I look straight at the end of the screw and turn the knob, I expect the screw to turn straight. What I see is that the screw swings to almost all edges of the part of the corkscrew that normally rests on the bottle neck. How this is supposed to remove the cork without ripping it to shreds I don't see. I suppose it takes a lot of effort to…
