goods are ok but delivery is terrible. I had to send one back because when it arrived the main box was open and the parts were rolling and 1 main part was missing. When the 2nd came to replace the one sent back, the same thing happened. The main box was open and the parts were scattered everywhere.

I have never used it, it was intended as a gift. Actual color is much lighter than Revain image. Also, the box literally says 'walnut wood' while the description says 'oak finish' so that's a little misleading. The 'used very good' variant in Revain's inventory had a lot of scratches and chips in the paintwork which I would class as very poor condition. I come back.

Well I'm disappointed. I read the reviews hoping for the best but ended up having the same issue with this product. Totally different color, although the color is actually nice. This is overall a smooth and good pepper mill. But the metal part at the top is also missing! Just like many other customers. What is wrong with this company that it is a constant missing parts problem? This is odd and downright disappointing as it was supposed to be a Christmas present.

A comically large pepper mill tabletop item. I generally like it when they recognize me as needlessly superfluous. I'm not really extravagant, but I enjoy perception. Sure, I could just put a $3 grocery store pepper grinder on the table. But then I can't nervously ask my guests if they want pepper when I own this giant monster.
