The plastic clasp broke in one motion.

Suitcase is ok (I hope) and it's good that 2 straps and buckles are included. I snapped at a buckle and with a tug it opened to tighten the strap. The only reason I'm not returning it is because it has 2 straps and I put window screens on the case to protect it from strong winds.

The lid appears to be well made and fits well but the straps are a different story

Covered my small AC window unit with a small border but no problem. Comes with two adjustable straps to keep you tight in the wind. Update: After a few months the material on both straps just snapped and not intended for outdoor use, just cheap junk material on the straps, offshore strapping material obviously.

the text is good but the brackets are weak

when tightening the belts one of the latches in the brackets broke. Used a slipknot, worked well. Used it during the Houston freeze of February 2021. Like new when I removed it in April.

Clips break for parts and accessories

The case itself is beautiful. It was a little longer than I needed so I folded the entry inwards. Since the clips broke I cut the straps and used a rubber bungee to secure the lid. Without the clips I would give five stars.

No complaints about air conditioning parts and accessories

The product serves its purpose. Before I bought this I could feel cold air coming out of my air conditioner. Now that it's on, I don't feel any cold air. I did not install myself. Husband and his buddy did. Should have been easy because I haven't heard any complaints. The purchase is worthwhile. Definitely recommend😊 (I would take a photo or video. But I have AC on the 2nd floor)
