THERE IS ADHESIVE ON THE FOIL! DO NOT BUY

Not as advertised, has adhesive on back, no need to use soap and water. It sticks together, leaves HORRIBLE BUBBLES and reflects like a TRUMPS bedroom.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Looks great for window decals and films

I'm not great at applying, just worried I'll get blisters from time to time, especially after sanding wood, applying polyurethane, removing of special tape and extensive cleaning 3-4 X, then for the last time with an alcohol spray for glasses. PITA BREAD; BUT looks good!

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Learning curve - read/follow instructions

I immediately felt a drop in heat from the window. It took a learning curve as the final panel finished much quicker and looked better than the first. We did 4 panels and it took about 2 hours; start getting ready. The last one lasted less than 10 minutes.

Pros
  • Crossing my fingers
Cons
  • Some problems

Works amazing! for window films

Goes great with my brownish bricks and works better than it looks. These temperatures were taken from the side of my refrigerator. The door was only open for a few minutes. Before and after tinting you can see the bottom of the fridge where it is not installed and how it blocks the sun but still gets plenty of light during the day.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • No Auto

Great results!โ€: Window Decal and Film

I don't know of any other window tints but this brand exceeded my expectations. I was concerned about the blisters, the wrinkles, and the general amateurish look. It's not relevant. No bubbles or creases, just a smooth and beautiful finish. I think it's as simple as working with the window chain. However, once lathered and on the soapy window it is VERY easy to work with. You can lift, froth, and pop bubbles until you're satisfied.

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Speed

You will need to spray soapy water when removing the protective film

Pay particular attention to one step in the instructions: when you remove the protective film you must start spraying soapy water when you tear it off. You can't wait to finish part of the way because the end of the film will curl up and stick and you won't be able to peel it off. My first film ended up in the trash when I didn't heed this advice. The second video went well. Half of the sliding glass door covered with foil is noticeably colder than the other half in the desert sunโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Style 90
