This winter I opened the hatch in the rear window and all the liquid came out of the legs. Then the window hatch no longer went up. I bought them and was blown away by how easy they are to replace and how well the new ones work. Just a great little product if it matches your model/year.

As mentioned above I have a 2007 Jeep Wrangler and one of my old shock absorbers exploded and leaked one day and I drove for several months with only one driver side shock absorber and eventually unbuckled and got one replacement for the old one. It was a little difficult to align the setup with the wrist butt, but not bad. Very happy

They did not fit my sunroof window on my hard top. They are too short unless you are over 5ft tall. My Jeep went up 3.5" and I'm 6ft 2" tall and the glass was too low when they were installed. I would easily bang my head on the glass if they were installed. They are too short for this application. I ordered a longer set from another company and they fit perfectly. These have been returned.
