Love it! - Drawing

Many other artists have told me to buy this ink if I need a good waterproof (when it dries) black ink, but this one was even more impressive than me. I was told. The black is much darker and richer than I imagined. When used alongside some of my other black art supplies, it doesn't even come close to the darkness of this ink on paper. Buying this product is more than worth it.

Pros
  • Glitter
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

Good ink for a student, packaging needs special care

Arrived in a box that was a bit too big for him and almost came out of its own packaging on the way here. It came with a dress which I also ordered so it would have been awful if the bottle had been opened or cracked. A little tape on the ink bottle or a decent amount of crumpled paper will easily solve this problem. Luckily nothing broke. I am satisfied with the quality of the ink.

Pros
  • Great general specs
Cons
  • boring packaging

Fantastic ink! good for painting materials

Wonderful ink. I chose this over the less expensive speedball ink (which is also good) because this container tends to leak when moved. Windsor and Newton ink is rich and silky, applies very black and dries fairly quickly. No bad odor or liquid incompatibility. Comes with an eyedropper so you can apply even more of Ralph Steadman's experimental techniques if you'd like. Top row for pen and ink works and illustrations.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • Frequency

This is the mascara you are looking for.

Hard, opaque, waterproof ink at last! Oh how I've been looking for you The highly pigmented mascara flows smoothly and allows you to create different variations of lines and circles. Works well with other mediums and resists watercolor and/or alcohol based markers. This ink does everything I want from any other ink I own. Winsor Newton ink is now at the top of my list. I tell everyone about this mascara!

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Black ink: diluted with water, warm, waterproof, good.

We needed black ink because October is near, but I didn't want to buy markers to draw on large strips of paper. I have used Windsor&Newton products before and they have never let me down. The ink is good and strong, with a slight tinge of dew when diluted with water. It holds up and doesn't bleed when drying and the color doesn't fade much even if I wash it. I'm sad. I only have part of the palette which is now a giant black blob due to that ink lol. Attached are two pictures I took with this…

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Black and Gold (Black, three stars) (Gold, five stars.)

GOLD (FIVE STARS) One of my favorite products I have ever bought. This is a great accent for almost any piece of art and I highly recommend it. However, it still requires a few powerful shakes to get through a small area. But it's worth it and I just love this product. A second coat is often required in some areas due to ink settling on the paper itself (140lb/300gsm cold pressed watercolor paper), which is to be expected with most gold/silver/metallic colours. BLACK (THREE STARS) Winsor and…
