Winware ALXP 1826 Commercial Full Size Aluminum Review

Bought these for my boys to store their legos while building. I still find legos in weird places but not like I used to lol.

As a retired chef these are the full size hard standard pans. I bought these to create piss spots for my new puppies. I lined them with these foamy bath mats that soak up a lot of liquid.

My fault for not measuring my oven. They were 2 inches too wide. Unfortunately, this company does not accept returns. If you don't have a commercial oven, don't order them. It would be nice if somewhere in the description it says that returns are not accepted.

I am happy with this purchase. I bought them to put under the hives at harvest time when dripping honey and wax can make a big mess. I also use them when storing empty hive boxes. Can't comment on warping as I don't use them in the oven (yet) or under any backing plate. They appear to be quite strong and durable and clean up well.

Although I bought these as baking sheets and not for baking I was very impressed when I opened the packaging. They are high quality, just like the trays I work with in public schools. They are strong enough for commercial use and I highly recommend them. I had some regrets using them for pallets but their durability was a plus for that purpose too.

You will not be disappointed once you read the description. Ignore the few people who leave huge negative reviews for a product that doesn't meet their specific needs, although it would have been obvious if they read the dimensions and description. Despite your concerned email about pans not suitable for the home oven, I bought these pans for the commercial oven - actually the one in my church kitchen where we prepare . lunch together twice a month and other complex meals from time to time, and where we have a monster six burner gas range, two ovens and a grill.
