Superb paring knife made from high quality German steel. Razor sharp and ready to go again after a few leaks in the steel.

Very high quality Winware knives. I just wish they had more sizes. If they made a serrated steak knife I would buy a set in a heartbeat.

So far these knives are pretty good. I bought 3 and all 3 are very sharp and appear to be very well constructed. They feel good in the hand, have a good balance and a very solid weight. They appear to be much more expensive than their real value.

Superb paring knife. Close inspection and a few days of rough use in the kitchen tell me this Winware knife will serve me well. My last two paring knives didn't even last a year before they broke. 1 was an expensive German paring knife advertised by gourmets. 2 was a normal stamped knife <5$.
