The keyboard is not suitable for typing AND the game controls are unusable.

First, this device doesn't work properly for me. No matter which port I connect the keyboard and mouse to or in which order, it always uses the mouse to move and the keyboard to look around. Obviously this just won't work. Second, instead of saying that this device is primarily used for gaming, state that you CANNOT use it for regular typing OR that it is only for gaming. It will only attempt to emulate game input, nothing more. So if, like me, you've been thinking about turning your keyboard…

The applications the seller told us to download are so bad

Unexpected. Too bad, and it doesn't even work on my iPad, my smartphone. I have a samsung s 10 plus that i usually use for gaming and my ipad pro max is the exact same stuff. that does not work

Difficult to set up for keyboards, mice and accessories

Difficult to set up on my phone. Manuals need to be updated. I am using a Samsung Note 20. If you can provide me with a simple guide and update it I will be happy to change my rating.
