I really liked these joycons but lately the left analog stick has been causing my characters to stutter and not move in my games. I wanted to buy again, but now sold out 😕

These joysticks are epic! THEY REALLY WORK NOW! I love them, the lower back is a bit stiff but now it's as bad as I thought it would be. I hope they make GameCube versions one day! PLEASE do it <3

UPDATE: The company contacted me and sent a replacement. While the D-Pad is definitely better, it's still not perfect. Also, now the left joycon for swapping doesn't load. I still avoid it. It's pretty handy, but the cross is rubbish. It takes a lot of effort to get in the right direction and it doesn't even register half the time.

These joycon controllers are so adorable and work really well so far. They look exactly like the picture and the grip is very comfortable, finally allowing me to play with my switch without hurting my hands. I have small hands so it was very difficult to hold the switch with the original joycons. My joycons also had a drift problem so I needed new ones and they don't have a drift problem at all.

UPDATE We ordered a replacement and the replacement parts work great so we're happy! But I will leave my old review to help others. I bought them for the aesthetics, but they're practically unplayable if you have to move diagonally/8 directions. The left controller also moved to the left when first used. They are very cute but not functional. I hope I can still send it back without the box it came in.

I originally received a pair of pink joycons and loved them so much! We now have this blue and green pair which my husband uses and he loves them just as much. The ability to change lighting and lighting modes on the joycons is a pretty interesting detail that's surprisingly useful when the room is dark.
