Easy to get the job done

The instructions for all of these products are vague. The bottom line is that you turn the fitting a quarter turn so that the hole in the outlet valve aligns with the corresponding hole inside the hydraulic cylinder. Mark with a marker. Make a mark and turn counterclockwise a quarter turn to open. Return to mark to close.

The drain hose worked great. Filling hose not very good

Drain hose worked properly. The plastic fittings on the filler neck were defective. I didn't want to bump into my SeaStar helmet, let alone cap the bottle! It leaked everywhere. Very messy and difficult to get the job done with these plastic fittings.

This will solve the problem.

This little guy was just what I needed to solve my steering wheel squeak problem. Judging by most of the other reviews, the strings attached to the bottle are terrible. It will be very, very dirty and bad liquid all over the bottom of your boat. Bad design. But if you don't mind the mess, this will solve the problems.

Steering Bleed Hose

Hose with quick disconnects worked great, problem with cylinder adapter hose. It has no seal, it didn't fit the bottle at all, it actually leaked, and at $25 a liter for steering fluid, that's unacceptable, and $25 for that crap. I would return it if it wasn't full of oil. I would not recommend it at all.
