Bought these for my better half. She says they work great and cut very well. Not exactly Ghingers, but not far off for less than half the price.

A little heavy and big for me. I have small hands so I think opening them wide for a big cut would be a bit tricky so I made smaller cuts that softened a bit over time. But wow, it's true that it cuts really well and doesn't flake. I never thought it would be this good. If it tears it's very small, no big deal. The fabric I used usually wears out a lot. So it was fantastic

My great grandmother used these scissors. She worked in a clothing factory in New York for many years of her life. These scissors are comfortable to wear and I highly recommend them. Bought as a present for my aunt as my mother has been using the same pair of scissors (hereditary) for years. We said $50 is a lot for a pair of scissors, but they're heavy and industrial. It's only worth it if you want them to be and plan on using them more than once.
