Each pair was also individually packaged so you can easily apply one on your hand or thumb. REMARKABLY FLEXIBLE - These grips feature a top-quality, special kinesiology material for a more natural movement when lifting, gripping and balancing. It also provides the hand and thumb with utmost comfort when in use. SKIN TIGHT - The composition and construction of Grips and Hook Grips give the feeling of oneness with your hand and thumb, translating to a better grip and feel on your workout, training, or fitness equipment. A lot of work for no result

A lot of preparation work for little result. They took a little time to fix and barely lasted half the workout. Considering the cost I would expect them to hold at least one full workout.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Great for lifting. Not for pull ups

I like bandages with hooks. The grips are too stretched out for me to do pull ups or T2B comfortably. They clump together and cause more problems than they help. They're great if they're just lifting.

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Great product, better packaging needed

I love this product and would recommend it to anyone. If a company provides additional glue, they must ensure that it is properly packaged so that it does not break when the customer receives it.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • I will add later

Wrist wraps: Accessories

When I first ordered glue, the glue was already made for me. The last time I ordered this was not the case and I had to do it myself. Followed the instructions word for word, still doesn't work. It doesn't even feel sticky. I live in Texas with heat and humidity so they don't stick well to me without glue :(

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Weight

It's probably okay if your hands don't sweat

I bought these because I had trouble with tearing calluses while pulling my toes on the bar and I was hoping they would help prevent tearing. Unfortunately, I sweat profusely and the handles don't stay in place for long. The included hooked thumb strap worked great!

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I don't remember

I liked the idea for other sports

I liked the idea. They work, but they're a bit cumbersome and a bit more than I'm willing to pay for disposable clothing. They were done by Angie and after 100 pull ups they were exhausted - thankfully I didn't need them for subsequent push ups, squats and air squats - if I did I would have been out of luck. I'm glad I tried them, but I don't think they will become a regular part of my CF routine.

Pros
  • The best
Cons
  • Some flaws

Not too big. Maybe I'll try them a few more times and visit again.

I really wanted them to work but they just didn't work. They're not that easy to use. I liked the feeling of not wearing anything, but that's it. Mine had them clustered at the base of the fingers, which is where corns normally form. Then he started sweating. I ended up ripping them off towards the end of my wod. They may be good for short waters, but I just didn't find them as good as I had hoped.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Appearance

So I bought them for MURPH last year but never made them. I've had them in my bag for a few months and have used the thumb wraps a few times which I cut into 4 pieces and they are perfect for high rep and hook grip workouts. As for the grips, I FINALLY used them on MURPH yesterday. To set the stage, no matter how much I care about my arms, I'll stop at about 40 reps of any TTB or pull-up workout. I think the longest distance I've done was 65 with no exercise changes. Yesterday I did all 100…

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Not bad
