I see most reviewers bought these to use as part of a Flintstone themed Halloween costume. Although I styled them in my hair the same way, I wear them often and I can say that they not only look cool but are also very strong and durable. I have very thin hair (bobby pins don't want to stay put because my hair shaft is so thin and straight) and they actually stay in place - a miracle! I highly recommend it.

I just got mine yesterday so can't speak to longevity but so far I'm very happy. As others have said the clamps have an excellent grip and are sturdy. My little one even climbed in and played with it and no damage was done! I recommend.

I love these bones! I ordered them because my kid will be pebbles for Halloween. I thought they were too wide to fit her head based on the photos. I was really worried it would overshadow her small ponytail but they are the perfect size.

Although I love these hair clips, the seller packaged them horribly. When they arrived the bag they came in was ripped open and only had four bobby pins in when I was supposed to get six. It goes without saying that I am disappointed.
