I usually wear size 7 sneakers and I chose a size 38 and they fit me well. The color is fantastic, they are very light and pleasant to the touch. I'm up 11 hours a day so I don't know how they're going to deal with my Achilles tendonitis but we'll see. I gave 4 stars because my podiatrist told me that most supportive shoes have a hard back that you can't break in your hand and I can absolutely compress the back of the part that goes against my heel.
