This cardigan is less like a knitted sweater and more like jersey fabric (t-shirt or sweatshirt material). This cardigan is made from a thicker jersey material, not sweater material so keep that in mind when ordering. However, I happen to like the softer feel of the jersey fabric so I'm please about that. This fabric of this cardigan is really solid quality! Even the medium conformed well to my mom's frame; and, at 5'2", she usually wears a small. It's a bit thick, so it might not be ideal for the height of summer, but for cooler weather, this cardigan is perfect. The trim of sparkly detailing down the front gives it that hint of glamour that it would otherwise lack. Really nice piece! Something she can wear to work often.

When I ordered this cardigan, I was expecting it to look closer to what is pictured on the site. Very stylish and more of a younger person. Fit was good and it is a little see through but that is okay with a cardigan. Light material so it won't be too warm. Cloth is very smooth and feels nice to the skin.

Wife is always cold in every type of season so she loves layering up. Plus black is her favorite color so this cardigan was just the perfect surprise for her. It fit very well and is also quite warm. She loved the white metal studs that adorn the front.
