They do what I got them for. Not quite what I thought they would be.

Room darkening yes blackout no. Insulated? To be determined. There is some kind of coating on the back. I bought them to replace the sheers I have on sliding glass door so definitely warmer than they were. We are expecting single digit weather so we shall see. The color grayish close enough to my blue walls and doesn't totally clash with curtains on the windows. Was very pleased with quickness of delivery they predicted first Sunday then Tuesday but they came on Saturday day after ordering so…

drapes are nice but the delivery was very poor

The drapes were not protected by an outside package or box. They were wrapped in clear plastic and taped and a delivery label was affixed to the plastic addressed to me. The right corner of the package was ripped open and the drapes were exposed. Fortunately, they didn't get dirty and it wasn't raining but I'm really disappointed in the how they were delivered to my home. I didn't take a photo. The drapes are nice though. Great Product ! But sent 2 different colors

First of all I want to say I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for high quality blackout curtains they do the job exceptionally well. The only issue I have is I ordered two pairs of these curtains to cover a large window. When I received both pairs of curtains I noticed that one pair was a different shade of color than the other pair. This difference is noticeable and looks out of place when next to each other. They also have quite a bit of wrinkles that don’t seem to go away.
