Good simple wooden blocks

I like these blocks because of the size, they are perfect for toddlers. We don't have a lot of room for toys so that was another reason I bought them. I think one of them broke and we just threw it away, but that's okay. There are 100 blocks in the set, right? My little one loves it and plays with it all the time. The case they come in is pretty sturdy and the blocks come in a cloth pouch (I just threw away the small pouch and saved the case for something else).

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Fragile

Great for parents and teachers.

I am currently teaching third grade and try to fill my class with educational games indoors during break time during the winter months when it is too cold. When I first brought this set to my class, the kids started fighting over who would play with it first. Now I have to maintain a lineup sheet so everyone has a chance to play with it. They love showing me what they have created and I am blown away by their imagination. Recommended for any parent or school teacher.

These are great building blocks

These are great building blocks! A lot of reviews have said how small they are, I don't think that's true. They are the perfect size for children of all ages. They were bought as a gift for a 3 year old girl who was delighted with them! We caught her 5 year old sister and even my 11 year old daughter playing with them. They are good quality and come with the original case to keep them in or they also come with a lime green canvas pouch which we think works well to prevent items from getting…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Very expensive

IMO it's a waste of money - not a good deal

These blocks are tiny - too small for most young children to play with safely - there is a suffocation warning on the packaging! An age of 3 years or older is also estimated but this was not clearly indicated when the item was put up for sale. IMHO, that's a waste of money, not a deal. I've received several other Cyber Monday deals which have led me to conclude that such sales are being used as an opportunity to sell bad products to those of us looking for good deals! Makes me very suspicious…

Highly recommended! in stackable blocks

Love, love, love these blocks! The first thing I did when my daughter opened them was count them to make sure they were all there. you were Each block was in pristine condition and has survived to this day and looks great! There are no nicks or chunks in each block, no fading of the finish. She plays with them all the time and it's now mid-September 2020, over two years later. We bought her a second set for her birthday just last month because she uses them all the time and builds such…

Just the right size

Given the negative comments about undersized parts, I feel compelled to write a review. I have a 4 year old and a 6 year old and the pieces are sized just right. I've always found that large blocks tend to "baffle" the learning process, as the granularity of what you can create and manipulate with them is severely limited. If your child has reached the age where they understand what is and isn't edible and is in the development phase of dexterity and fine motor skills (mine did this by age 3)…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Almost OK

Great old school toy

Great old school toy! Glad I ignored claims that they are unreasonably small and a serious choking hazard. I measured them and the main blocks are 1"X1" with different lengths as indicated. I'm not worried about my kid trying to swallow any of these. On the other hand, I did not receive the promised 100 blocks. I read a lot of reviews from people saying the blocks were shorted, so the first thing I did after unboxing was count them carefully. I only received 87 blocks. I can only assume that…

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • So far so good

These blocks are great! The quality is very good and they have a very durable finish which is very helpful as I bought them for my destructive son. I love that they come in a drawstring pouch inside the tub which makes it easy to keep them all together. Plus, it's just a cute toy to leave outside and not distract too much from your home's decor (unlike the ugly bright orange plastic toys he has). everything in the mouth. I know other reviews have warned about the choking hazard, but only a few…
