Easy assembly. The instructions in the pictures were clear. The kitchen table and chairs are not in proportion to the rest of the house. It was a little difficult to assemble the tops of the towers. It took several tries to get it right.

This set was fun but confusing. I ended up using YouTube videos to put it together because the instructions were pretty much useless. In general, I like how it turned out. The original Easter design was cute, but I easily transformed it into a spooky haunted house for Halloween. If you have the patience, it's worth it.

Because it looks so pretty when finished I gave it a 5 but . . .This villa was quite a challenge to put everything in place. Sometimes I had to arrange multiple tabs at once and it was quite difficult. Some of the tabs didn't fit no matter what and I had to enlarge the holes a bit. A few petals broke off so I glued them back in place.

I wanted to change the color of the house so I repainted it before assembling it. If I were to build another one I would leave the paint on the tabs and grooves as the paint made some connections difficult. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I particularly liked the tab/slot latches that ensure the pieces don't come loose from the base.

Fairly easy to assemble. Be prepared with superglue as this is needed for multiple parts and multiple areas will hold together better with a bit of glue. The directions aren't difficult, but the pieces are scattered across different sheets and you'll have to search to find them. It would be better if they were in any order. Very nice and fun. He will not stand it if small children play with him.

It was good value for money but took longer to assemble as parts were scattered across all 6 frames, for example you may need the sub assembly G1- G5 but they come in 5 different parts so it will take some time to find what you need. It was made like Creel House from Stranger Things. I painted part of this pre-assembly, the rest later. Still need to add grandfather clock and stained glass window :)
