Disappointing Screws for Industrial and Scientific Use

Based on my experience, these screws are not up to the standards required in an industrial and scientific setting. While they come in a large quantity, the quality can't keep up with the demand. The threads easily strip and the composite material doesn't hold up well under pressure. The one positive is the affordable price, but it's not worth the headache of constantly replacing faulty screws.

Pros
  • Durable and strong composite material ensures long-lasting hold.
Cons
  • Slightly more expensive compared to traditional wood fasteners.

Not the best of the best in wood screws

For some reason almost all of these screws make the compound bead at the tip. Maybe the thread below is too aggressive or something.

Pros
  • Sharp Type-17 Point
Cons
  • Non-Automatic

Great screws, great price.

Never use the supplied screwdriver. Eventually it will break off and most likely get stuck in the screw head forever. Spend three bucks and buy something better in HD or somewhere else.

Pros
  • T-20 Star Drive, Torx(tm) compatible
Cons
  • Big and chunky
