Great for tracking customer experience

I love it because of its simplicity in terms of user interfaces compared with other software applications i have used previously such as Jira which are very complex looking at all screens when navigating through them. The dashboard gives you enough information but what's lacking is being able to filter down more into the results so not every ticket has to be visible to view it. It helps our team improve communication and manage feedback from clients quickly using this great tool! Nothing really

Amazing tool to analyze website visitors

It helps create an excellent brand picture of our business in very simple manner without going into technical details or making use complex calculations as it does all by itself with great ease! Its free version might be less attractive when you need more detailed reporting however this can easily make up using premium plan features (that too at no cost!). I like its feature set best out there - nothing much needs improvements here only minor ones would help improve my experience further :) We…
