WorkHeld is a workforce management platform that increases the efficiency and clarity of production, assembly, service and maintenance processes. The software system creates a platform for efficient planning, work execution and documentation.
The software's key features include efficient planning and scheduling tools, an integrated management of equipment, materials and tools as well as functions to document working and travel times, defects, expenses, material consumption and many other details, including images and documents. Reports can be generated automatically and signed directly on site by the customer or technician. WorkHeld digitalizes the entire process from order allocation to the customer's signature.
WorkHeld is also the first software of its kind to feature an intelligent voice assistant that helps to simplify time-consuming production, service and maintenance processes and thus make them more productive and efficient. Typing and clicking are no longer necessary and work gloves or dirty hands are no longer an obstacle for technicians. The lack of mastery of keystrokes is no problem either. The interaction through speech allows real multitasking. Information can be retrieved or documented while the technician is still busy solving the problem.
