Workteam Time Off Tracker Review

The ability to track leave requests, approve or deny them all online is great! We have been able to use this system from our first day of employment with no problems at all! It's very simple yet so helpful as well, I wish there was more options available when it comes to approving vacation days but that isn't really an issue anymore since we are using work team now rather than other companies who would not allow us to do what we needed to be done. I like the way the time sheet allows you to track time off that you earned. I dislike that it takes a very long time to track a time off and you have to manually enter the time. It's a very clunky system and it's a nightmare to track time when you are going through the process of doing payroll. I use Workteam time off tracker for my time off. I like that this tool is easy to use, you can input hours straight from your email or calendar as well which saves alot of trouble! You have no way when entering vacation days if they are paid v unpaid but now with work team we know our employees get their money so there's nothing wrong here at all unless it was just an issue i didn't run into during my testing phase-which doesn;t exist anymore since launch date-. I like that it is very easy to use, you can create multiple reports with different filters easily which makes my job easier as an admin person who has many tasks at once! It would be great if they added more features such as creating custom fields or being able to add your own data sources so we could pull our payroll information from another system instead of using their provided one. I like that it is so simple to use, yet provides good detail as well! It has helped me keep track of my vacation days better than any other program we have used before!! If you are looking just an easy way or keeping up with your employees' leave then this software will help do all those things while still being very user friendly.
