The most helpful is that it automatically updates as soon as it detects a change. It is very accurate. I wish that it could be more user friendly. For example, the interface is so difficult to navigate. I have to use my phone to use the app. I have to open it on my phone and then go back to my computer to use it. It's very easy for someone who knows nothing about accounting or business management, but loves doing it themselves! I really like how they have made this platform so user friendly as well because anyone can figure out what their job entails here with ease (if you know basic math). We use worktrac in our organization when we are managing any of properties owned by us which makes keeping track extremely simple since everything gets inputted into one place rather than having two different systems

The ability to create and track work orders in an easy to use format. It is very easy to use and the customer service is great. I have a few minor issues I would like to see fixed.
