This sander is a must-have for any industrial and scientific workshop. It has a powerful motor that delivers impressive results and is built to last longer than other sanders in the market. The only downside is that it produces quite a bit of noise that may require ear protection.

I have 3 Worx tools, all Worx batteries fit and are interchangeable. Then I bought a Sander. None of my batteries fit in this tool. Called Worx support and they couldn't figure out why the batteries didn't fit. So far I have been satisfied with the Worx tools. Be careful. Batteries are NOT interchangeable.

I really can't comment on performance, I couldn't install the battery and Worx customer service was completely useless. I ordered the 4.0 battery because the 2.0 battery only lasted about 30 minutes. Worx was adamant that the battery I ordered would fit. I have worked with several cordless tools and have never had a problem attaching a battery to a tool. If you decide to buy, be prepared for trouble.
