The grip has been terrible on almost every washi product I've ever bought. This was no exception, but they're cute and inexpensive. I put them on packages that I ship. I always tape the shipping label and then cover it with clear tape. Because of this, adhesion doesn't really make a product for me. This makes the packaging happier.

I bought two different sets of washi. One is a neutral tone and the other is more colorful. The photo I posted is a mix of both sets. I use washi for my scrapbooking. I love scrapbooking as it brings memorabilia together in one place. Airline tickets and museum tickets will not float and fall apart. These washi adorn the pages beautifully. I don't post my album because it's private. But it really brings the site to life.

I had to return mine because I didn't receive a brown washi - only black and white rolls - and some patterns weren't printed in the center. And while I didn't unwind a full roll to test, I don't think these rolls are as long as they claim. I compared them to other washi I have with the same size roll core and advertised length and these rolls were much smaller. I know a lot of people are happy with this (nice patterns) but there was a problem with my order.

. However, this last batch looks like it's going to rot in the storage room - you can't get a piece of tape if you try - they just rip to shreds. It's useless now. Sorry to write this because it used to be so good - seriously. Great design and holds up well. I think they should make a new batch. I've been ordering these tapes for several years and this is the only bad batch. Everyone else was great.

Oh how I wish there was a way to tell how big or small something is just by looking at a picture. It is very difficult to tell the difference between a regular roll of ribbon and a Barbie doll sized roll, this would be perfect for a Barbie Christmas wrap. I purchased this set of washi tapes for my handmade greeting card shop on Etsy. Most of the washi tapes I have have bright colors and floral designs. I think I should have read more good brand reviews. I had a roll of MT Washi someone gave me and it was so easy to use that I thought it would be fun to add a few more designs since I didn't have many. But all brands are clearly not created equal. The MT tape was easy to find with the cut end of the roll, never broke or left adhesive on the roll. These rolls just keep shredding and you have to keep peeling the glue off of the part you open. I bought this set because I really wanted to get some washi foil. This pack has black and white version and black and yellow version. The other designs are 18 in black and white/grayscale and they're all pretty cute and I definitely see myself using them. There are 7 designs in neutral tones that remind me of kraft paper coloring.
