I think I should have read more good brand reviews. I had a roll of MT Washi someone gave me and it was so easy to use that I thought it would be fun to add a few more designs since I didn't have many. But all brands are clearly not created equal. The MT tape was easy to find with the cut end of the roll, never broke or left adhesive on the roll. These rolls just keep shredding and you have to keep peeling the glue off of the part you open. Even if I get a good cut, no matter how careful I am, it will split and start tearing into strips. Maybe the tapes were stored and overheated, I'm not sure. I'll try a few more rolls and then maybe return them if they break too.
