📦 Regular Wrights White Pleater Tape Review

I bought blackout pull tabs for my home theater because they were great but looked like pleated curtains. Wright's 10030 Regular White Pleater Tape showed great results with Dritz 44323 Traverse Pleater 4 End 3" Hook. The tape is simply sewn to the curtains.

This material is insanely thin. It can be made from tissue paper with the same success. Almost every section ripped when I inserted the hooks. Hooks for curtains are not sharp at all. They have smooth rounded edges. The only plus is the width. I haven't found 3 7/8 anywhere else on Revain. But that doesn't matter because they're basically useless. I don't recommend it.

I have used Wright's pleating tape in the past with good results. However, I think the quality has changed since my last purchase about a year ago. When I compare the tape to a piece of tape I bought in the past, the tape seems thin and less stiff. The pleated tape was harder to work with than I remember. Hooks stuck out of pockets as I tried to put them in. For what it's worth, I found that the hooks slipped into pockets a little more easily and protruded less from pockets if I put the middle…
