Favorite knife is good for paring knife

This is my second knife of this kind. I needed a backup when the other got dirty. I have many knives but this is my favorite.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Great weight, great blade size, super satisfied.

I like this very much and I think I will buy another one. It's a really good weight (light) and cuts great. It's really thin compared to other knives I've used (Cutco, Henkel) but I like the handle. I love the length of the blade and find it more versatile than its shorter counterparts. I use it so often that I wash and put it back after each use because it will soon fail again!

Pros
  • practical article
Cons
  • empty

Great little knife and very sharp

Very sharp knife and big size for peeling tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, apples etc. (if you don't want to peel) It's also very good at slicing cheese well because of the thinness the blade. It's very sharp when it comes to you and is easy to keep sharp with a basic knife sharpener.

Pros
  • Shipping was very quick
Cons
  • Not sure

Great knife. Good grips. Thin, sharp blade

I saw this knife recommended in a cooking magazine. It comes with 3" or 4" paring knife blades. I ordered 4 inches. The knife is thin. Feels good on hand. The blade is thin and I use it for many things. I would really like to order a 3" paring knife instead of a 4". Maybe I will later. Great knife!

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Available in white only

Great knife on cutlery and knife accessories

I really like this knife. I have bought better quality knives and this one did not disappoint. I originally looked at the Wushof Classic line, but settled on the Gourmet line due to the price difference. I have never used a quality knife and it makes a huge difference. I had a set of Miracle Blades and the difference between day and night. I no longer have cut fatigue and didn't even know it was until I got this. I also bought an 8 inch chef's knife and really liked it too. If you have any…

Pros
  • Nice look
Cons
  • Some flaws
