Pretty easy to install. Both have held up well. They don't look like OEM parts, but they're good. The bolts are attached to the distributor cap, they are not separate parts.

First check if the old distributor is dirty green at the contact points or worn, this part will work well as a replacement . I wouldn't replace it if I didn't check it, otherwise you could throw money away on the car with no problem. After swapping it out and starting it I had a quick clicking noise but I started the engine a few times and drove a few miles and it stalled. So the clearance wasn't ideal, but it worked, the Honda dealer wanted ridiculous money for these parts.
