Worst Xacto Blades EVER

I am a Graphic Designer and have been using X-Acto #11 Blades for over 24 years and over the years I have never been disappointed with their product. I LOVE X-Acto Blades and get excited when a new pack of #11 Blades opens. A small box lifting the lid then flipping down the brown wax paper to show it in all its glory, all lined up perfectly. a whole group of new, razor-sharp blades. Then carefully remove the blade from the packaging. sometimes the oil with which the blades were smeared gets on…

DON'T BUY NOT BE LIKE ME

5/6/2020: Well, they screwed up again. Made in China, matte packaging label, so much oil that the bluing dissolves. There have been a lot of near-surgical blades out there for the past few months, but today they seem to be making and supplying fakes again. I don't know what else to call these blades, I mean I really feel ripped off. I use these hundreds of packs at a rate of about one a month. I have bought many X-Acto blades in my life. I'm putting a date on this review so I can add it later…

I started using X-Acto knives when I was 11 (1963) to assemble and tune car model kits and other hobbies. It was a knife that my older brother used on his own car models.
