I ordered the 4 tier and 3 tier version to fit in a small closet in my vintage motorhome. Neither version can be mounted as a hanging unit with the included instructions and equipment. I used S hooks instead but you only get 5. I need 12 for 4 shelves and 8 for 3 shelves. I asked the seller for more and got no answer. Instead, I made my own hooks from decorative chain links I found at a hardware store.

One of the worst purchases I have ever made on Amazon or anywhere else. Collecting is almost impossible. When assembled, they're impossibly thin - screws fly out of holes and baskets fold on their own as if they're sentient and hate people looking for sane storage solutions. In the attached photo you can see the only actual use of this product: to store even more of this product in anticipation of garbage day. Zero stars out of five.

It didn't fit where I wanted. (totally my fault - it was necessary to measure). I like the end result very much. But it was really hard to get together. I'm not sure if mine warped in transit, but the baskets didn't snap into place and the holes didn't line up at all to connect the baskets together. I used some zip ties to hold the baskets in place and pinned them tightly so the holes lined up. It looks like I don't like it. But once I assembled it, I really liked it.

Luckily I have the tools and the DIY experience because this shelf is a lot of crap. The clips are not positioned correctly, so it is impossible to get the baskets into the open position unless you open the clips and hammer the edge of the basket in. The screw holes don't line up on one side, so you'll need zip ties. The parts of the hangers they give you are two identical. So to hang the baskets with hooks on the outside, you need to turn one of the hangers to the opposite side. Generally…

I really wanted you to like it. I needed a way to organize my closet and I was fed up with those weird non-woven fabrics that always sag. It looked clean and strong. The individual baskets were easy to assemble. You just turn them over in the shape of a basket. The problems started when I tried to connect them together. This would get a 5 star rating if the way the baskets connect was better thought out. As if it were straight out of the box, use the included screws to hold the baskets together, but only one side of the screw hole is threaded. This means the baskets are held together under tension by the cheap screws provided. I almost threw it away after collecting it, it was so thin. It was a bit difficult to get the direction so I just used common sense. Relatively easy to assemble. I saw a comment from someone about using cable ties. I personally don't think it's necessary, but unless you want to find out, ties are MUCH faster. So far so good, I think. This product is smaller than expected. Also, the screw holes don't line up and the other places it's supposed to "snap" don't even line up, so nothing holds together. I had to use 8 zip ties to hold them together and then 2 more in places where there wasn't even room to put a screw in. This is badly designed! Seems a bit sturdy due to the zippers. I love this basket set. I wanted to put rags, kitchen rags in something, and some root vegetables and stuff. I put cardboard liners in the vegetable baskets to keep them from wrinkling.
