Great filter. Easy to put on and take off. Usually no tools are required. The captivating texture makes it easy to put on and take off. I've never had a problem with seal leaks. I have trusted Fram oil filters in all my cars and have always been satisfied. I also use synthetic oil in all my cars so the fact that that last 20,000 miles without changing saves a lot of time and money.

For some reason I had a very hard time fitting this filter to the filter mount. After confirming via the FRAM site, I tried setting a filter on the streams. It took me almost half an hour to put this thing on! Definitely NOT buying again. FRAM advice. Bevel the surface to guide the grub screw. I removed/reinstalled my Mobil 1 filter in less than a minute. This thing spawned brand new swear words never heard before.

I know orange filters get a bad rap, but this filter is a different story. I watched a few YouTube videos where the guys opened it up after 5,000km and compared it to other filters and this filter does an excellent job of capturing micro dirt with all the high quality layers it has. Since it's only $9, I just buy a new one every time I change my oil. I could probably just merge and reuse it.
