REM sleep detection and enhanced activity tracking

With new firmware and new sensors, this device can track my REM sleep and track my activity/calories better. , it's easy to get over a week of battery life, and when I need GPS I just use my phone (but I've learned to rely less on GPS as it tracks distance and steps better than 3). I highly recommend this activity tracker that does so much more what you need and at the price you want.

Looks Good: Exercise and Fitness

Bought 2. One for me and one for my wife. The setup took a long time. My watch seems to be having trouble connecting to the app. My heart rate is very low. Was the only thing I wanted to do well? I'm still trying to work on it, maybe I did that when I first installed it. I am not sure? My wives seem to be functioning perfectly so far. I like the size very much. You don't even know you turned it on. It's a bit confusing when trying to set it up for the first time. You never know if it's on the…

Light and simple: exercise and fitness

I like all the loose edges, the light weight and the magnetic charging cable. The group is easy to use. Small text for something is really small for old eyes with no readers, but there are faces that can be changed to show things like the battery on a large scale if that bothers you. By default, the battery lasts at least 10 days. Attention, the app is not compatible with tablets. I had to download an app that would allow me to download it onto my daughter's tablet. She is disabled and cannot…

Not for Swimming - Fitness Technology

I wanted to save money when my Garmin Swim flooded but ended up buying an actual swim watch. This is fine if you just want to record your swim later but don't want to check your results while you swim. Problems 1) it's not accurate, the distance is 5-10% more than advertised 2) very difficult to use in the pool due to the touchscreen 3) doesn't show the distance until you're done, so it's almost useless for those of us who forget how many laps we drive back and forth. Unfortunately Garmin no…

No SPO2, HR horribly defective

This is a HORRIBLE product. The description states that there is an SPO2 (blood oxygen) function and the Q&A confirms this. But there is no SPO2 function. The heart rate monitor shows a rate that is 40-50 beats lower than the actual rate measured by a separate device. The pedometer sporadically stops counting, sometimes leaving a gap of 500 steps. So just send it back. Right? No not at all. YOU PAY FOR RETURN TO CHINA. The post office charges $35 for return shipping. Other services are more…

Very cool tracker

I really like this little device. I had a cheaper fitness tracker and it was below average. I already have a Xiaomi phone so I figured what better way than to get their fitness bracelet. It fits well and it has so many features that I really like. It is the perfect combination of fitness bracelet and smartwatch. I didn't need all the smartwatch features my husband has on his Galaxy. But that's enough. I like that the pedometer is more accurate than my cheap bracelet I had. It only counts steps…

Cheap? Yes! Fantastic performance? - Can you say it out loud!

Like:1. The step count seems accurate - I've compared Google Fit steps and multiple apps, the count seems accurate enough, and since my bracelet is on my wrist almost all the time, I get credit for every step! 2. It is compatible with Notify & Fitness, an app that makes the most of the device by providing a wealth of health stats not found in the native Mi Fit. 3. Heart rate seems accurate. I compared the readings with my Omron 10 BP7450 monitor and some apps, mostly in the plus/minus 3 range…

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • High price

This is my second fitness tracker. I used my son's Wyze bracelet for a week to see how these devices are. I found the Wyze to be more comfortable and pretty amazing for what it does. I was immediately disappointed that the Mi Band isn't as comfortable as the Wyze. That is, until I started wearing it on my wrist (or, it seems, "upside down"). For me it works great and eliminates all nasty issues. I didn't notice Wyze at night even though I set my heart rate to every 5 minutes. One problem I…
